REPCO is one the oldest banks of the country. I have a fixed deposit account in this bank, and this is one of the banks that provide high interest for fixed deposit accounts. I also applied for a loan in this bank last year. The loan was rejected by the bank on odd grounds. The bank had very good staff and officers but now it is not the case. They are very rude to the customers. They shout at the people in work stress instead of being cool headed and handling the pressures very well. The bank manager has the same attitude, he behaves with his customers as if they were his slaves. This is an unhealthy trade and the management is not taking necessary steps to improve its service.
