Recently we had a chance to fly in this airline. We had to wait an hour in flight before take off and we were so bored. No entertainments were provided. The food was somewhat ok. The cabin crew actually needs to be somewhat polite. When I asked for another bottle of water the staff was staring at me as I was asking one kg of gold. When my kid was about to vomit I asked the staff to help me. From their face itself I understood that they do not like that. We are paying them not only for our travel but also to provide us necessary services. The person sitting next to me was not feeling well and had to press the call button several times to get the staffs attention. I think the staffs are enjoying their time. Poor passengers
