Sir, we have purchased a Haier washing machine model no HBF655TE before 3.5 years. Last week we faced the problem regarding loud noise while drum is running. Hence we launched a complaint with the customer care. Their people came, opened the machine and went. After many follow up they said we don’t have spare parts for this particular model and cannot say how much time it will take to repair it. So it is a very bad experience with the company and the way its service agencies people replying us.

Buying a Haier washing machine was my biggest mistake. It started having problems within few months. It consumed a lot of water. The customer care executive was not very effective in handling the call. They sent an executive few days after the call and the person jus examined the machine and left without fixing it and the reason he gave me was that he did not have any tools. I got the high end model which was a lot expensive than the basic model and still I have a lot of problems. Complete waste of money.
