In this connection my complaint No. 6943 dated 28 June 2011. There is no reply has been received so for fro you even company. please take necessary action in this regards. I approched to consumber court also. The decision made by tahe court to exchange the producta and refund the amount Rs/ 7800/- with 8% intrest till to date. I alredy handed over the court order to the company. No reply has been received so for. Then I written a Complaint to you in this regards.

Purchased Aquaguard Sensa model around 18th Feb. Within 2 days, a foul smell started coming from the water. After a lot of follow up, somebody came to repair. Smell became less but was still there. After a week or so, the tap was broken. Even after repeated follow up and calls to the persons, nobody came to repair. People promised they will replace the unit but nothing has happened so far. Its more than a month. Now people are not even picking up the calls. Here are few numbers of people who were contacted: 1. Veer Raju - Sales Person 09902739395 2. This is regarding Aqua Sure water purifier. I purchased in Aug, 2010 and it started giving unpurified water after 2 months hardly. Moreover, the after sales services of the company are so poor that despite of continuous complaints, there is no follow up on the complaint. A very bad experience. I will not recommend this product to anyone. Thanks

Our Integra hilife purifier stopped working on 14-10-2010. Inspite of daily complaints at call centre no service person were sent till 22nd October. After much argument with call center representative we got contact number of area manager Mr. Devidasan at the Velachery office, who gave us only verbal assurance of sending service engineer immediately. He also switched off his mobile when we tried to contact him as no one came for service on 23rd oct also. We have bought a purifier for 20,000 rupees thinking it to be a very reputed company, but the after-sales service is pathetic. We strongly recommend all readers not to purchase any eureka forbes product.

we take service contact 17013520 from 25/1/10 to 24/1/11. We had a problem on 7/8. We gave a complaint at your service center to Mr.Ranjan. He said that my problem will be solved in 2-3 days but there is no response. Then again gave s complaint at your service center on 19/8 and complain no. is 83410004. Next complaint is on 24/8 to Mr. Aman and on 27/8 to Mrs. Alka at helpline no. 39883333. Next complain is on 3/9, 7/9, 10/9, 14/9 and 17/9 to Mr. Kapil Jaiswal (head at service center) at 30780696 and 9310264401 and he said give us 2-3 days but there is no response. We are so shocked by the poor service of a very good company. Now tell me whether this company can exist in the market with poor service ?

I have the same problem quoted by Sri. Manish Gandhi in the previous complaint. The sales team of Eureka Forbes has nothing but mockery and disdain for us consumers once they have made the sale. I doubt if Eureka Forbes even has a service department. All consumers should join together and file a class action suit for criminal negligence against these frauds done by Eureka Forbes company. I hope Consumerdaddy can do something to organize this event.

Aaah, this product is driving me nuts. First of all it is an indispensible product as there is no way to get clean drinking water without it in the house. And second of all, it NEVER works. It is either broken, or filter is dirty, or some electrical problem or some plumbing problem. The service fellows are untrained, unprofessional and unethical. It is a wonder how they fix the product, when they are in my house. It works superbly then, but AS SOON AS they step out of the house, the water purified stops working. It is over 15000 rupees and is hardly 6 months old, no idea how to get the company to fix this... please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eureka Forbes is all about sales and never about service. The sales people they always over promise and the service people always under deliver. I bought a RO purifier from them about three months back. This device has not worked even for a week satisfactorily. It is always down for repair. The cycle is like this, it works two days, it breaks the third day, I wait a week (and make 20 phone calls) for the service people to come, and they repair it, it works for two days and again breaks the third day. How can someone sell such an inferior quality product before? I wish I had looked at this consumer report before I bought this junk!

Eureka forbes canvases to buy this product saying that the product and the service is outstanding.It is so not true.The service offered by aquaguard is the worst service ever.I bought the machine 10 years back and now the technology is changed but when i approached the company to exchange the machine, they would not take it back.They offer a service contract instead.Iam so frustrated with the company that i will not buy any products from them again.The product doesnt work so well either.The charcoal and candle inside the purifier needs to be changed and cleaned regularly.It is a time consuming job.

After I bought my new water purifier, it worked for twelve (12) days after which it broke down! You heard it right... thats less than 2 weeks of working properly. Its been eight months now and I have been after them to replace and repair this piece of crap for over 7 months now and not once have they been able to repair it. They are not willing to replace it either. They blame the water purifier breaking due to the poor quality of water in my building. Ok you idiots, why would I want a water purifier if the quality of water in my building was high?

Sir, the complaints before me are correct. This product ALWAYS has manufacturing defects. I bought this RO model about 1 year ago. From the first week itself it stopped working. Then the service people came after 2 weeks and they said that the filter is full and it needs to be cleaned. Then they adviced that the filter should not be used in my house as the water is not good. What logic is this? Why would I have a water filter if the water is good? Thereafter the RO component had a problem, then the pump had a problem. In short, this water purifier has never worked for me for more than 1 week continuously. I request your esteemed self to take action against this company.

I completely agree with the previous two reviews. I bought this purifier and it did not work well even for 1 month. Since then, and for the last 5 months, I have been fighting with their customer service (sigh!) to get it replaced, refunded or repaired. They could care less!

Eureka Forbes products are bad all around. I had several problems with their horrible water purifier, and against all my instincts, I decided to try out one of their other products.. the vaccum cleaner. The vaccum cleaner they sold me was an outdated model. Since these products are not sold from show rooms and are sold door to door, there is no way to find out if the product the sell is good, comparable or among the best. I wish Eureka Forbes shows half the enthusiasm it shows when selling the product on customer service. When I called regarding the problem of being sold an outdated model, immediately the tone of the sales representative changed. He even had the guts to ask me if I use only the latest products... and insulted me on the phone. Stay away from Eureka Forbes... they are the worst consumer product company you can find!

This is the biggest piece of junk that can be owned. I bought one three months ago and not one day it has worked properly. I called the service people 15 times and each time they say it is not a problem with the purifier and it is not their fault.... it is a problem with the filter, or the carburetter, or the f..... engine. What the heck... arent these the part of purifier.... There is no point having a warranty for this... I am dumping this one and buying something that actually works.. grrrrr

This is the biggest load of crap I have seen in my entire life. It hardly worked for 2 months after installation, and ever since I have been after the company for its repair or replacement. Its either the filter or the pipe or the RO system, the result is the same it NEVER works properly. I am so fed up that I decided to file a complaint for a refund of the entire cost of the system plus Rs.50000 for legal cost and hassles with the Chennai District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
