Three years back I have purchased two 1.5 ton split a.c. for my house. Its horizontal louvre stopped working. I have registered complaint with the dealer as well as to the companys office at Bhopal(MP). After lapse of more than three months nobody has repaired it. They are saying that spares are not available in the company. I think nobody should buy AC from Blue Star.
