i have onida 29 tv just now i renew my warranty by paying 3500 after i one month tv was not working i complait so many time but no body come and rapair my tv now 6 month is going to completed with my death tv now what i do plz tel me note: every time customer care was tel me part is not available since last 6 month parts not available

I have been using Onida television in my home for the past 20 years and I am very happy to see its performance even now.Its picture quality and quantity seems to be good till now.The after sales service is also very good eventhough the number of service needed is very less.

I have had two onida televisions in the past and I am really surprised with the drop in quality of the company and its product. The first on was bought when I was three years old and the TV served us for over fifteen years before it showed its first sigh of having any kind of a problem. That too it was with the picture tube. Subsequently we decided to go in for a new onida and bought the latest at that time in the market. This product was a total goof up. Exactly on year after the product was bought, it began to show distorted images and fancy coloring at its corners. The image began to shine so brightly that I started avoiding watching TV altogether. When I approached the company they said it was past the limited period and there was noting they could do about it.
