Every month, due to my business commitments, I get the need of flying from Indore to Chennai. I always prefer Deccan Airways, as its affordable and I get the tickets easily from a person I know. However, to fly in this, I have to compensate quality, hygiene and my ego as well. The flight personnel behave so rude with the passengers. Recently, I was told off when I arrived a little late at the airport. I felt so bad

In the month of January, I had booked 2 tickets for Delhi Kulu flight. After completing all the check in formalities, the flight did not take off for some reasons. It was actually cancelled and on the same day I applied for a refund. Even after 2 weeks when I realized that these people are showing no complaints of refund, I started taking some actions. After fighting hard for the money, I got it only after 2 months of time. Quite so ridiculous. Dont go for any such unprofessional flights
