What type of complaint do you want to submit?
There are two types of complaints you can submit about a product on this website.
The first type of a complaint you can submit is a quick public complaint, also known as criticism. This can be done within 2-3 minutes and you need not be a registered user to submit this complaint. Submitting such a complaint will reduce the Consumer Satisfaction Level (CSL) of the product slightly.
The second type of complaint you can submit is a detailed consumer complaint. This will take about 10-15 minutes of your time and you need to be a registered user of this site to submit this complaint.
Once submitted, detailed consumer complaints will be investigated by our investigators. If the complaint is bonafide and complete, the Consumer Satisfaction Level (CSL) of the product will be reduced substantially on our website and your complaint will be published on this website so that other consumers are made aware of your complaint.
